Free shipping on every mower to the lower 48 United States, with 3-5 day shipping. You will get tracking by email as soon as the label is created. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada: contact us for a quote before ordering.
30-day free return trial
Set it up, map your yard, let it run for a month. If it does not handle your lawn, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return authorisation. Return the mower and its accessories in the original packaging and we will refund the purchase price. Returns are free — we cover the return shipping either way.
2-year warranty
Every Vytality mower is covered for 24 months from delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including drive motors, cutting motors, sensors and the charging station. Blades and other wear items are excluded. Damage from impact, flooding, unauthorised repair or commercial use is not covered.
How to start a claim
Call or email us with your order number, a short description of the fault and a photo or short video. Most issues are resolved with a firmware update or a replacement part shipped free; where a repair is not practical we replace the unit.
